This stout is really easy to drink, a bit watery, light notes of roasted malt, hop, few coffee, dry finish, typical for an Irish stout, 01.12.16, at Prélaz, purchased at one coop in Zürich.

Dark brown with a beige and frothy head. Aroma confines itself to a gentle note of dark chocolate on top of a dankness that’s best left unexplored. Taste has a pleasant roasted bitterness the whole way through. Lingering toffee at the end, a bit stale. Medium to light-bodied, mildish carbonation, mildly watery texture. Doesn’t quite come together.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Strong chocolate notes. Moderate bitter long finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Bottle @ Andorra Bar, Zürich. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of yeast and roast, with mild notes of malt. Bitter, roasty flavour with botes of coffee and touches of yeast and malt. Dry, roasty aftertaste. Reasonable but the body is rather thin.

Bottle many thx to CH-303 cons 2015-12-11 AR: dark milk chocolate, coffey some vanilla when poured AP: dark brown colored body, wee stouty dark brown lid F: thin watery, roasted malt wee sour coffey, vanilla, fizzy, bitter +, - nice aroma flavour not in the same League

Bottled 330ml. -Trade with CH-303 (thanks Asbjorn!). Black coloured, small cappuccino head, dog food and weak coffee in the nose. Slightly roasted malt, notes of coffee and herbs with rather empty finish. Some discreet touch of raisins. Lack of body is evident. Pitty.

Thanks Ogi! Clear daaaark amber/brown, nearly black body, but not quite, white head. Yeah, not really an Irish stout - the nose reveals just that too. Malty, sharp, sweet, ending a bit dry / dogfoody, raisins. Hm.. not bad really but not that appealing either. Watery taste, yeah, dry, coffee residue, raisins more than coffee. Ugh. Raisin-flavored coffee residue mixed with water. Very very hard water. Not that good I’m afraid.

Dunkelbraune Farbe, ordentliche beige Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Kaffee, Vanille, sehr röstmalzig. Geschmack schwach röstmalzig, Kaffee, Karamell.
