(330ml bottle from La Mise en Bière, Lausanne) Pours hazy yellow gold with a small white ring of bubbles and spotty lace. Aroma of candied orange, peach, floral notes, wheat, hints of yeasty esters like some Belgian or German influence present, bright and without resin. Palate fairly sweet, not cloying, lots of orange and peach juices, grassy, leafy and floral notes, extremely bright and fruity. Very slight wheat grain and white bread. Some orange pith and grassy bitterness to dry the finish but quite light, almost mineral. Light body with soft, effervescent carb. For whatever reason this really did it for me, I thought the mix of fruity hops and weizen character was extremely refreshing, bright and super-drinkable.

Hazy golden-yellow color with white head. Spicy Wit aroma with sweet fruity hops, peaches, maybe berries. Hints of booze already detectable. Taste is sweet fruits, very fruity, finish is a bit spicy and peppery. A little bit banana feeling from a Weizen. Finish is a bit boozy, but also spicy-peppery yeasts, refreshing overall. Silky mouthfeel. Nice, but a little bit too boozy. Like a mixture between Weizen, Wit and Pale Ale.
