22/10/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bubbly bright gold with a small white head. Aroma of sweet tangy apple, light wood, caramel, funky edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, light sparkling carbonation. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Pale golden colour, some short-lived white bubbles on top and aroma of apple, wood barrel, oaky, some funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, then woody, oak barrel, vanilla, buttery, with some funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
