Pours a clea rgolden, covered with frothy white head. Very mild aroma, some malty notes and grains. Taste is sweet, grainy. Some final bitterness but nothing to get too excited about. Average lager.

getrunken im Sommer 2012 Stiftle ist eine vorarlbergerische Bezeichnung für ein kleines Bier in der Flasche, auch kurz Seidl genannt. Jedenfalls ein Standard-Bier, das sich gut für einen netten Grillabend eignet. Eine mittlere Süffigkeit und leichte Bitterkeit runden den Geschmack ab.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, moderate hoppy, grass, green grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sour hops - malt notes, silage notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120207]

Bottle (courtesy of Bierkrug). Sweet-sour barley malt and hay aroma. Clear golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet barley malt and lightly bitter hay hops flavor. Medium body, Not bad.

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet malty nose with herbal and slightly grassy hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Stale malt-character with shy herbal spice; slim and short malty finish. Not a great one (06.08.08).
