750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2021. Deep golden colour, some bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of apple, woody. Taste is tangy apple, acetic funk, with some woody tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
