Bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and tiny phenolic with crackers, grapefruit juice, white peaches, pineapple juice, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, star fruit, lychee, pear skins, lemon zest and hints of rubber and sheet metal. Taste is slightly bitter, fruity, tiny estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, freshly baked white bread, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, white peaches, hay, dry soil, black and white pepper corns, dry wood, grape skins, pear skins, lemon zest, unripe banana and hints of rubber. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny bitter, fruity and tiny phenolic with freshly baked white bread, orange zest, lemon zest, pepper corns, hay, dry soil, unripe peaches,m unripe pineapple, dry wood and lemon zest.
