500ml bottle from Broom Hill Farm, West Auckland. Slightly hazy golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of mellow apple, oak barrel. Taste is sweetish, oaky, apple, fruity, alittle funk, drying with woody barrel notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
