0.355 l can from 'Beyond Beer', canned in January 2025. Very dark ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally smoky and a little fruity aroma of caramel, molasses, toasted nuts, light smoked ham and traces of raisins. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly smoky and a bit fruity taste of caramel, molasses, soy sauce, toasted nuts, chocolate, some smoked ham, light lovage and traces of raisins, followedby a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly roasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice ale, quite moreish, rather well-balanced as well.

Draft, great stuff. Pours thick with lots of head, lots of malty scents with a hint of smoke/roastedness at the end. Very scotch tasting, whateve that means.

Can shared at MONYO with Gabor Gábor. Dark copper pour, dense beige head. Nose is biscuits, caramel, light dried fruits and nuts. Taste is moderately sweet caramel, biscuits and a hint of chocolate. Closes with an abrupt finish, has a light body and soft carbonation. Wouldn't be bad but it feels kinda thin.

12oz can. Very very dark brown pour, nose is ALL malt. Sweet caramel, bready, sticky toffee malt. Faint hops in the flavour a more malt. Some nice caramel corn notes, and maybe some ripe fruits like candied figs. Wow, what a nice beer!

Burk bolaget . Sjukt bra Ale.
