Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet finish with a little increasing bitterness. Fair.

0.5 l bottle from ’Akzenta’ (Steinbeck), best before April 2017. Clear, dark reddish brown with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish, malty and a bit fruity-grassy aroma of caramel, nuts and some raisins. Rather sweet, malty and a bit fruity taste of caramel, nuts, some brown sugar as well as chocolate and hints of raisins, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly roasty and minimally grassy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite tasty, aroma is a bit faint though.

Dark brown color with small head. Aroma is caramel malts all the way, a little bit spicy. Taste is also a little bit spicy and mostly malts. I don’t get it how this brewery manages to keep the malt taste like this. Certainly not bad, but weird.

Bottled, thanks koelschtrinker! Lightly hazy mahogany colour, rich creamy head. Fruity grassy nose. Mid sweet with medium-full body and soft mouthfeel. Some grains and caramel, plenty of brad and spicy, grassy hops. Long bitter finish. Mild, yet rich.

Bottle, danke an den Westen. Cloudy red-brown, lively creamy cappucino head. Fruity, melonoidin, aromatic nose. Medium body sparkly, roast and caramel notes on the forefront, berry and honey notes, broad grassy and light flowery hop counterpoint, roast and smoldering hay notes retronsasal.

dark amber colour, malty dry nose. The beer starts sweet-malty. Nearly no bitterness. The mainpart is sweet, sweet and malty. In the aftertaste even more sticky, slightly bitter and sweet-malty.... --> 6/9/5/6
