Sample @ Cbc. Pours golden with a white head. Strange pils. Sweet with a mild floral hoppiness. Too sweet. I would have liked more crisp, bitter and thirstquenching.

On tap at the brewery. I know they can make good beers, but I was taken a back by this one...wasn’t expecting this at all. Pours with a crystal clear golden hue with a large, resilient white head. Aromas are grassy, hoppy, herbal and floral, bready, grainy, fresh baked bread. Clean. Flavors are insanely good! Fresh, bready, biscuity malt (clean, assertive and awesome)! Grassy and herbal hop notes. Good and smooth, good water smoothness. Assertive bitterness, crisp. So fresh and vibrant. Lively bubbles, clean, dry and bitter. Absolutely excellent!
