Bottle at home. Aroma is sweetish tropical fruits, herbal hops, fruit peel, floral and spicy notes, some pine resin, light malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Yum, nice bittersweet flavour, and a curious but agreeable floral herbal hoppy aroma. Tasty one.

1st April 2016
Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth with good fine carbonation. Light malts, nice light creamy sweetness, touch of caramel. Mild hop spice. Nice light peach led tropical fruits. A little aniseed bitterness, hop derived I think as there is no obvious alcohol here. Sweet floralness. Trace of citrus peel. Light finish. Another nicely balanced and tasty Doctor Brew IPA. Can’t wait to try some of these a bit fresher.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 11.05.2016, temperatura degustacji 12-14 stopni +, szkło ipa glass.

Bottle at RBBWG 2016 in Antwerpen. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, honey, mango and some pine. Sweetish, fruity-malty taste of honey, caramel, mango and some pine, followed by a short, slightly bitter, resiny finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Nice!

Thank you for sharing Martinus! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBWG V. BBF 016.02.23. Hazy citrus pale golden. Juicy citrus hop profile, light floral, dough, strong citrus peel. Taste is quite odd weird bitter herbal, plastic hop, insecticide, garlic & lemon hop, grass,… Higher carb. & doughy yeast body. Quite a strange hop profile, not entirely for me, too many insecticide & plastic notes, strange but appealing, took some getting used to. Odd stuff but partially interesting.
