Table Beer. Belgian table beers are typically low abv and enjoyed with meals by both adults and children in Belgium. Erudition is light in color, has a moderate mouth feel and is very dry. Table beers are not traditionally hoppy, but we dry hopped Erudition so some hop bitterness is present.

Growler thanks to John Aitchison. Pours with a clear golden body and a massive and lasting creamy white head with good lacing. Aromas are strongly estery and phenolic, hints of lemon and light herbal hops. Malt profile is in the background, but it is mostly bready and a bit grainy. Some pear notes along with hay and a bit of sweetness. Flavors are peppery, estery, citrus, light tart acidity in the finish with hints of lemon. Medium bitterness. Decently dry. Malt note of hay and bread. Lively bubbles, relatively light bodied. Tasty.

Draft. 6% alcohol and aged in chardonnay barrels for a year. Golden, slightly hazy beer with a nice white head. Spicey aroma with some fruitiness to it. Oaky flavor with lots (too much) apple/pear. Some spice and a bit of sweet malt. Finishes dry. Possibly some wheat.
