500ml bottle from trade with Jamedra, many thanks :) black color, big coffee-colored head. smells grainy, malty sweetness, caramel, light liqueurish, milky / creamy smell, quite nice smell. full body, medium carbonation, some malty sweetness, brown sugary, light liqueurish, light herbal / medical, light roasty, lightly smoked malt / light sourish. decent, the sweetness with the other flavors does not work so well for me.

słodki zapach, przypomina zupę pomidorową bez przypraw, do tego lekki karmel. kolor czarny, z rubinowymi refleksami pod światło, przejrzyste, klarowne. piana ładna, trwała, beżowo-żółtawa. w smaku słodkie, pełne, karmel, rodzynki, kawa. goryczka dość wysoka, ale skontrowana słodyczą, krótka, czysta, ziołowa. bardzo lekki posmak apteki. dość aksamitne i wyklejające. nisko nasycone.

Bottle 0,33l. Clear, dark brown colored beer. Rich and sweet aroma with tones of dark malt, caramel, brown sugar, whole apples, plums, plum jam, raisins. Full bodied, sweet flavor and again tones of dark malt, caramel, dark chocolate, coffee, plums, raisins, dates. Like sweet plum liquer or liquid dates. Moderately bitter and citrusy finish.
One of the best Czech commercial beers.

24th Jan 2015: shared bottle at the Cotteridge Wine meet. Poured with a slight haze to the deep ruby body, the head a tanned foam. The nose was a sweet Sunday Lunch sort of smell, meat and two veg! Taste strange too, some sweetness and coffee notes to add with the Lunch aroma to give this beer a funny feel. Most likely the weirdest Baltic Porter I have had so far.
