Draft. Blackish beer with a tan head. Orange and light tart aroma. Orange and bitter flavor with tartness. Medium bodied. Orange and bitterness linger with light spice, yeast, and light sourness.

Bouteille 75cl, no BB ?
Thanks Robert, not a typical farmhouse, has a chocolate note, starts acidic fades quickly, i’m not blown away by this one.

Bottle at home thanks to Sarah, picked up from the brewery in 2016. A dark brown black coloured pour with a reluctant loose tan head that fades. Aroma is nice red grape, musty vinous, cherry, tangy blackberry. Nice mellow tart funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet sour, tangy jammy dark fruits, red grape, plum, blackberry, squeeze of lemon, clean prixkly sourness. Palate is semi sweet, prickly sour, moderate carbonation. Really good.
Saisony, farmy, but also tannic and dark, was quite a fun mesh of flavors. Perfect with steak. Thanks Jose G. !

750 ml bottle, bb. Shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Dark brown body, with a small, lacing, beige head.
Aroma of dried fruits, overripe fruits, leather, red wine, cocoa, some balsamico, subtle funk.
Tastes similar, with more dark berries.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, moderate sour, medium dry, very fruity, with ripe dark fruits, lingering blueberries.
Really tasty! Smooth, complex and greatly balanced, with well dosed fruits, sourness and dark malt notes. Especially the fruits are really lovely and distinct, leading to a very lovely, dark berry-like finish. Beautiful, characterful stuff.

0,75l bottle at Powys place shared by me. No obvious BB date. almost black color, small tan head. smells earthy, vinegar, spices, peppery, some dried fruits, nice to very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of ripe fruits, berry notes, some wood, light vinegar, spices, bit peppery, lightly leathery, some marzipan, lightly nutty. finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of marzipan, berry notes and some light vinegar. very good one, surprisingly fruity / quite a bit of berry notes. greatly balance with just enough sourness, almost delicate. very nice one.
