500ml bottle. 6.2%. Golden straw colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of earthy, musty, juicy apple. Taste is earth, straw, fruity, apple, caramel, sweetish with drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, semi-dry tannic finish. OK.

Sampled from bottle at Amsterdam Craft Beer Fest 2016. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, white head. Sourish-fruity, aroma of vinegar, rotten apples, lemon and bitter almond. Moderately sour, sweetish-fruity taste of rotten apples, a bit of almond, some lemon and a bit of oak, followed by a short, moderately tart and rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, a bit weird.
