We’ve shaken up traditional tastes by brewing a spiced Belgian-style wheat ale with real orange, lemon and lime peels, and then added a little coriander spice to the mix. Bottle found in the fridge of our Airbnb in Taos. Amber with a foamy head of modest duration. Orange-drink aroma with a hint of spice. Taste has a flat, chalky bitterness. Lingering orange-like flavor. Light-bodied but not watery. Moderate carbonation. Perhaps this could almost be refreshing in hot weather, but lacking all complexity or really anything to hold my interest.

Nov. 2015: On tap at Oakland Intl Airport. Pale straw colour, white head. Typical witbier aroma and flavour of coriander and citrus / orange peel. Very refreshing, would be happy to drink this again. I suspect that it is underrated due to the ownership of the brewery - I was not aware that this was an AB InBev product, so I rated the beer for what it is.

12 ounce bottle, Honey gold pour. Frothy white head. Fragrant wheat malt nose is redolent of oranges. Sweet wheat and orange, as expected. Extremely light-bodied. Pales in comparison to the real Belgian Witbiers such as Hoegarden and St. Bernardus.
