Nice and refreshing, cleans the palate. Perrys deserve to be more widely appreciated, alongside their cider contemporaries. Produced like a cider, but made from pears. It has a fragrant odour with plenty of fruit taste and real body.

Bladder Bag at GBBF '22 day 4, 05/08/22. Pale golden with a thin white crown. Nose is bitter sweet pear, apple skins, tannins. Taste comprises pears, sugars, orchard wood, tannins, earthy. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Okay Perry.

500ml bottle from Mr Hecks himself in Street. Pours a clear pale green. A familiar perry pear sweetness presents itself on the nose. Soft natural carbonation, good fleshy sweet perry pears, lightly stewed richness. Very good example of one of the best perry pears.

BIAB sample from Leeds Beer Festival 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale yellow colour, no head and mucky pear aroma. Taste is sweet, fruity pear, melon, with mucky horseblanket funk and some drying tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish with some residual sweetness. Quite drinkable.

6/6/2019. From bag in a box at Leeds Beer Festival. Pours clear extremely pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of baked pear, toffee, brown sugar, tannins, funk and leather. Medium plus sweetness with light tartness. Medium body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

Tap at fermentoren (ty whoever shared it). Pours straw. Aroma and flavor are sweet, sour, fruity, apples, pears. Overall: ok.

Tap. Clear pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is pear, vanilla, custard. Taste is vanilla, pear skin, on the sweet side, a bit mineraly. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Alright!
