Ultra Pale Ale. Ultra-pale, ultra hoppy, ultra modern golden ale showcasing a newly developed strain of Nugget (Nuggets daughter we call it!) from the Italian Hops Company. Deliciously refreshing.

Tap at Craft Room. Hazy golden body. Mild fruity hoppy aroma, mild fruity hoppy taste. End dryish and with some bitterness. Not the best Moor beer but entirely okay, nice really. Serves its purpose well.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the Moor Vaults, Bermondsey. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Quite restrained overall, balanced and supportive biscuity pale malts, nips of grass and pine needles, dried citrus peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish, some bread crust, more biscuits, hay, impressions of grapefruit and citrus pith. Easy drinking beer.
