Bottle on train Lugano-Olten. Exceeded my expectations for a chopfab beer. The nelson sauvin is not that noticeable, but it's a solid summer beer, somewhere in-between a golden ale and a hoppy wheat. Crisp, refreshing, nicely hoppy. Not bad.
Erfrischend wie eine leichte Brise im Sommer, gut gehopft, leichte Säure und Zitrusnoten. Sehr lecker!

Tap at Zurich Airport Easy summer ale. Fresh, yeasty, certain wheat bit. Good

Bottle at the hotel in Geneva - picked up at Beers of the World. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, pure white head. Nice stuff, crisp pale bread, grapefruit pith, lemon rind, a little pine. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more pithy and rindy citrus, soft grass. Pretty solid actually.

Heller, hefig getreidiger Beginn. Geringe Getreidigkeit, süffig, moderat herb. Mild hopfig, wenig bitter, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Okay. 10/8/8/8/11/8

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale golden. Aroma is lightly phenolic, yeasty, some clover. But faint, altogether. Body is rather light, lively carbonated, some sweetness, floral. Palate is rather dry, some straw. Good, but nothing spectacular.

Good dense white head, near clear golden beer. Sourish nose, if more reminiscent of lemonade than of wheat. Herbal aroma, fresh. More wheat, and a real (weak) green tea flavour, if without its bitterness, herbal.Very refreshing, as is the idea. Exact what it ought to be, so no fireworks, but pleasing.

Cloudy yellow color with big white head. Aroma is immediate Wit: lemonpeel, peppery, other spices, but traces of sweeter fruits are present as well from the Nelson Sauvin. Taste is more straightforward Ale-like, first some grapes or tropical fruits, then some oily flowery characteristics, light spicy finish. A nice refreshing summer beer, better than expected. Light-bodied, but not too watery.
