Linda is one of our brewery’s most special and eagerly awaited beer varieties, brewed once a year – just in time for the Halloween season. Pumpkin beer is more than just a drink; it’s a tradition, a memory, and a dedication.

Every year, we grow our own mild pumpkins, which give the beer a delicate sweetness and depth. In addition to pumpkin, we’ve added even more character to the beer by including spices like allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. These spices create a warm, glowing, and deeply autumnal flavor profile that delights the palate and evokes memories of crisp leaves and the warmth of home.

Pumpkin beer is one of our brewery’s most unique offerings – it’s both distinctive and soulful. We recommend serving it in a tulip glass, slightly chilled (not too cold or warm), to preserve its rich flavors and aromas.

The beer is named in memory of Lii’s grandmother – a tribute to a strong woman whose life and love left a lasting impression on our hearts. Every sip is a toast to her memory and the traditions she passed down.
