Cloudy amber. Liquoricey aroma with mint, brown sugar and indistinct fruitiness. Sweet with lots of liquoricey bitterness, mild maltiness and light herbaceousness.

33 cl bottle at a cafe in Lido Ostia. Pours hazy dark orange with a huge off white hed. Aroma is light spiced and solid hoppy. Dark malty, roasted andlight alcohol presence. Bitter and toasted dark malty finish, light spiced too.

Bottle 250ml.ABV: 8.34%. Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, US hops, moderate yeasty, candy, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Bottle @ Ulfborg Session, Mid March 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small off white head. Yeast and US hops. Citrus cascade like. Dry and bitter.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy deep amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and hops. Flavour is malt, caramel, sweet, fruit, yeast, hops, little pine with notes of alcohol.

Bottle in Genoa, purchased from a small curio shop in the Genoa old town. Hazy amber beer, big frothy cream coloured head. Frothy palate, slightly soft. Very sweet malt with caramel and toffee and lacto. Mild hops provide dried fruit flavours and mild bitterness. Dry finish with a minerally bitter aftertaste. Not bad at all.
