Commemorative beer for Lortica (craft pub and wine bar, Bologna). Û orange is a wild Grape Ale spontaneously fermented with Tokaj grapes of Kmetija Stekar (natural winemaker from Collio - Slovenia). Barrel aged for one year with brettanomyces Bruxellensis and skin contact.

This is delightful. I think Tokaj grapes are mostly white but this tastes a lot like orange wine (hence the name). Exactly my kind of IGA! Collab with a winemaker near where I visited in western Slovenia, on the border of Italy. 😋

On tap at astral beers. This is a nice in-between from the pov of the rossa and Bianca. Full-bodied, rich and fruity, lovely grape notes, nice musky and earthy notes, sweetish. Lovely, still not as nice imho as the Bianca but excellent.
