Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Belgian yeast, tea, floral notes, spice, almost a hint of pineapple. Interesting.

Bottle @ Taka, Riga. Unclear pale golden body under a fine white head. Aroma is pale malt, citric fruit, spicy yest, floral and a little hint of acidity. Taste is mild pale malt, wheat, citric fruit, spices, flowers and an acidic touch. Medium body and same aftertaste. Nice take on the classic Belgium saison.

Smell- weak hops, malt, herbal feel, peppermint, interesting. If it would be stronger I would give a bonus. Foam- thin, hops, malt, green tea-ish notes, faint sour notes. Head is small, white color. Appearance- green-ish weirdness... I like the colors. Cap is generic black. Hazy yellow, orange-ish color, no carbonation visible. From- Snifter Taste - malty, hops, bitterness, tea, dry.. well as described. An interesting combination feels quite herbal more to bitter side than anything else but still very neutral. Quite refreshing, but generally unimpressive.
