A tasty and a bit unusual weisse. Lots of the normal wheat and banana stuff. Unusual yeast and fruit profile.
Unclear dark golden color with a fine thick off white head. Rich nice aroma. Medium + body and a fine carbonation. Mellow sweetness and an unusual acidity. Wheat, toffee, berry fruity, yeast and banana in the flavor.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Flasche No: 01746.2. Moim zdaniem to jest piwo Dunkelweizen poniewaz kolor jest zdecydowanie ciemno brazowy ciemno herbaciany z kremowa srednia pianka ktora opada szybko. Dosc spora dawka drozdzy ktora metni i przyciemnia piwo jeszcze bardziej. W zapachu ciastka korzenne i nuty mokrego drewna. W smaku pierniki lukrowane, troche toffi i karmelu, niewiele zas chmielowej nuty troche moze jeszcze w aromacie gozdziki. Dobry ciemny pszeniczniak

Trotzdem hier sehr unterbewertet. Wird mit jedem Schluck besser.

Pour is a dark murky brownish with a large tan head. Aroma is a decent wheat- hefe aroma. Flavor is some bubblegum with bit of dry dark bread. Finish is a bit watery but again a bit dry and bready. Not beer to look for, but not as bad as some ratings on here, but I’m sure this would be great fresh in Germany.

Hazy brown appearance with big white head. Looks like a Dunkelweizen. Sweet malts and bubblegum in the aroma. No hops really. Unpleasant. Taste is even sweeter, more weird bubblegum, a bit of banana and caramel. The aftertaste is unpleasant. Not good. Really not good.

bottle. Cloudy grey-ish golden with a thick off-white head. Yeasty, wheaty and fruity with a dry mouthfeel. I can’t detect any of the promised noble hops - so to me it just seems like any other ordinary Weizen.

1 dollar bottle at Binnys. Right on the edge of expiration. Dull orange-copper body, big creamy, pillowy, steady head. Pretty bland for the style. Medium bodied, subdued flavors. The aroma has turned pretty bad, which makes it hard to enjoy. I’d like to believe this is a lot better fresh.

50cl bottle. Bottle no/label: 01742.2. Mahogany color, thick off-white head. Sweet banana, clove and wheat in aroma. Flavor has banana, wheat, mild soury notes, like youghurt, making it more refreshing actually. Caramel in the slightly sweeter finish. Thin body. Quite nice and a little different hefeweizen.
