Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca arrivano sentori di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo e arancia rossa.

It is a really nice beer, great taste, lovely bitterness, generous with the hop, fruity and dry, mineral, well balanced, 21.12.17, at Prélaz.

On tap at Officina, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruits and floral hops. Flavour is super fruity, with lots of tropical fruits, floral hops, and a touch of resins. Super fruity and bright. Excellent.

Taster at Il Fermento, Bellinzona. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- candies, peach, maracuja. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, fruity, candies, floral. Medium to fuller bodied. Tasty.

bottiglia 75 cl, grazie Luca, schiuma fine bianca pannosa media persistenza, colore oro velato, al naso agrumi frutta tropicale, in bocca caramello leggero maracuja agrumi, leggero acidula, corpo rotondo, carbonazione leggera, oily, amaro deciso lungo nel finale. Una birra fresca. Non male 25.12.18

0.75l bottle from tessiner shop in bern, 14.50 fr. pours an almost clear golden with a dense steady head. aroma of flowers, perfume, honey. flavour of berries, elderflowers. slightly sweet, but not too much. very nice.
