Bottle at BBT. Med-thin body, med-light carbo. Medium bitterness, rather low sweetness, rather dry. Medium cocoa, coffeeish, rather light chocolatey. Quite good, clean, easy drinking. Very good both in style and hedonistically.

Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle, picked up from the brewery on my 6 country road trip. Pours black with a beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of chocolate, coffee, nuts, bread, earth, toffee & roasted malt. Medium body. Smooth finish

12oz bottle pours a muddy brown, beige head fades fast. Nose has what you want, cocoa and malt and caramel cashews. Flavor is chewy and malty, oats and cocoa and rootbeer, carob, caramel. Dry finish. Very solid.

dark brown colour, medium sized creamy brown head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, burnt woody-ash-like, caramel as well as some dark berries and sour cherry juice notes; taste is dominated by burnt bitterness with similar notes to the aroma with unfortunately less intensity; anyway, it's not bad at all

Huge, just off-white head, dense, over clear copper beer. Rootspices, tuber-like aroma, even sulphury, as from cabbage. Again sulphur impression, bitter tubers, bitter fruitskins, oils from vegetables. In the background, preserved orangepeel. Quite well-bodied, good carbonation, sticky. Ouch. Ratée! Thanks to Stef!

Für ein Stout eher dünn und wenig Alkohol, dafür mit höherem IBU. Mal was anderes, schmeckt.

Bottle, thank you Daniele. Black color with an ivory lacing. Nose: coffee but mostly cocoa. Mouth: nice consistency in a clean mouthfeel, frappe, coffee granita, easy coffee-led beer but tasty.

On tap at The Alehouse - Palmhof, pours a filthy deep dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is very dirty, with oats, earthy notes, and soil. Flavour is very dirty, with soil and earthy notes. Few redeeming qualities in this - dirty and just unpalatable. Poor.
