If you spend time on Centre St. in BK you've undoubtable seen our roughneck crew of pigeons trying to grab a stray french fry or a little spent grain while splashing around in the local puddles. A little tribute to our nemisis on the block which we packed with our hand selected Simcoe, Nelson and Centennial on a pils and oat malt base. Complex citrus, pineapple and dank tropical fruit characteristics.

US Pint can at Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, woody, herbal. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, fresh, juicy citrus, herbal, warm boozy, woody hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Cloudy dark yellow pour with a medium foamy white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of resiny hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hop, pineapple, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a dank and fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good beer all around.
