Double decocted Pilsner. First- a portion of the mash was baked in a wood fired oven using ancient Lithuanian "keptinis" beer technology. Then we performed traditional decoction mashing, this way creating rich and toasty wort.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, hops, yeast, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, spices, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average, thick, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Husky, malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is moderately bitter, slightly grassy, minimally fruity, hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity, mildly spicy and minimally smoky, malty basis, a touch of mirabelle and apricot. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Well composed, nice fruitiness, nice smoky touch - fine.
