(Draft at Brauhaus Neulich, Berlin, 16 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, cereal and orange peel. Malty taste with notes of bread, cereal, dried apricots, orange peel and a mild grassy/herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing. Quite nice.

On tap at Brauhaus Neulich, Berlin, shared with ZarteFüße_69 and Fates11. Clear golden, small off-white head. Lean malty, grainy and hay aroma. Flavour is malty, grainy and bready with nearly no hop character. Bland, not very crisp, but quite clean from what I can tell. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, abrupt finish.

0.5l bottle from Natural Feinkost, Frankfurter Allee Berlin. 2.5m before bb date. Clearish golden body, off-white head. Some minerally dry grainy notes, some vegetal tart touches. Medium-dry bodied, ending on the drier, astringent side. Herbal, oddly vegetal taste, like the very start of an infection. but the herbal notes are nice at least. Seems quite a bit gone, hope to rerate it fresher.

Draught at BRLO. Clean gold with a medium head. Aroma is Helles grain. Flavour is honey malt, light fitter dry base, malty finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, white head. Aroma eggy and straw. Grassy and straw. Flat malty and grassy dry finish.

Pours a clear golden color. Mild malty nose and aroma with hints of hay and bread underpainted by minimal grassy hops.
