Bottle shared at pancake party at home. Clear golden with small bubbles. Thick farmyard character, dry cellar funk, light sweet apple juice, hay, green apple, woody, earthy. Quite some woody and earthy farmhouse funk. Under medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium bodied, very dry.

Shared from bottle at Maakun’s, thanks! Clear golden with no head. Sweet apples, bitter apples, hay, some parmesan cheese, earthy and nutty almondy tannins.
