Bottle at the the Waterfront Inn, Shanklin during the IoW Jolly. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is earthy, toasty, wood, grain, caramel and dirt. The taste is bitter, toasted grain, brown bread, citrus peel and grass with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

Orangey amber in colour, a small white head. Hoppy notes in the aroma, a bit of citrus there as well. Taste is fresh and a bit floral, hop bitterness, quite a lingering finish. Pretty good.

Fra cask/gravity på den koselige - og knøttlille - Newport Ale House, Isle of Wight 24 Jan 14. Mørk gylden. 0 skum. Svak ferskenaroma. Smaken litt vassen. Mandler. Svakt søtlig ettersmak. Grei - men litt kjedelig.

Cask at the Craven Arms, Birmingham. Poured a clear amber with a thin bubbly white head. The aroma is malty, but weak. The flavour is weak bitter, a little malty and some citrus hints. A very agreeable and drinkable session beer but I would prefer a little more bitterness if i’m honest.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 20/05/2012. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Cereal malt notes, with some fruity sweetness and hedgerow hops, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 5 April 2012) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, apricots and slightly earthy hops. Fruity, malty taste with notes of apricots, citrus and a generous earthy/citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with just a touch of sweetness. Well balanced with an attractive hop character. Nice one.

Bottle courtesy of shubber85. Light amber with a small white head. Sweet malty aroma with a faint hint of spice... almost like cinnamon. Slightly sweet biscuity malt and a light herbal hops finish. Light bodied.
