On ressent bien sur cette Farm to Pint, Hazy west coast DIPA, l'influence de la brasserie Wyckoff avec une bière plus racée que ce que fait habituellement Pinta et également moins sucrée. Ce qui (me) surprend toujours sur des IPA, c'est par contre l'affirmation de l'alcool comme cela est le cas ici. Celui-ci, à 8,1 %, reste cependant bien intégré avec des arômes d'herbes, de pamplemousse, d'orange avec une pointe de citron, un peu stéréotypés, mais appréciables. Le visuel est sur un blond paille voilé sans mousse. Le nez reprend donc le cocktail herbes, pamplemousse, mangue, orange avec une pointe de citron. L'attaque est sur une belle amertume saillante sur les devants et un alcool, bien présents qui donne du tempérament. L'ensemble n'est pas extravagant mais bienfait et appréciable. En deuxième bouche, la base et l'alcool prennent un peu plus d'envergure tout en restant sur un bon équilibre. L'arrière bouche est quant à elle sur une amertume bien affirmée. La corpulence est très honnête mais le final, discret, déçoit. Globalement pas mal.

Hazy dark yellow, white froth. Grassy, swewt citrusy aroma, light yeast. Bittersweet flavour, sweet citrus, hoppy, citrusy bitterness, lemon, sweet lime, a little grapefruit.

West coast ipaga pole siin muidugi midagi pistmist, tegu on järjekordse magusa ja mahuse neipa laadse tootega, mille peamiseks isepärasuseks on mingi kaunane maitse. Lõpus on humalast kuivust, aga see kogu kupatust ei päästa. Okish.

Can, 8.1%. Good fruity aroma, juicy and sweet. Muddy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sweet and fruity. Quite bitter finish, grassy with a mild hop bite. Good mouthfeel.

Can. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and cotrus, with notes of yeast and malty touches. Bitter, hoppy and citric onset, giving way to sweet notes of yeast and malt, and round fruity touches. Estery and bitter aftertaste with fruity notes. Decent. Well-balanced, satiating and tasty.

50cl can from PiwneMosty.pl BBE 160622. Poured hazy/cloudy orange in color. Oily hops, Herbal, dank and lots of ripe citrus fruits in aroma and flavor. Light bitterness.

Barwa żółta, kompletnie zamglone, piana opada pozostawiając minimalne ślady na szkle. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty cytrusowe oraz żywiczno-naftowe. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu, goryczka na średnim poziomie, nasycenie również, alkohol niewyczuwalny. Podsumowując wygląd new englanda a smak i aromat west coast'a.

W szkle hazy, w nosie słodkie przejrzałe owoce tropikalne (żółte), w smaku podobnie, kontra grejpfrut goryczka z delikatnym alkiem na finiszu. Nie jest to klasyczny WC, przez hazy bardziej puchaty ale goryczka wpisuje się w styl jest wysoka, przez co finisz jest wytrawny, nawet ora przełyk. Bardzo fajne piwo
