Flaska från Métaphore, 2022. Backlog. Tjusigt varmröd med rosaröd krona. Rejäl körsbärsbomb. Intense. Körsbärskärnor, mandel och mandelmassa, kanel. Väldigt drickbart, men kanske något enspårig i bärigheten.

Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2023 (MBCC Day 1) - Tart cherry fruity aroma and taste, cherry stone, medium body and acidity, tart cherry close.

Taster during MBCC 2023 Friday morning session shared with Ryan, Matt, Phill, Brian, and Erik. Nice funk, tannins, and raspberries. Dry. Good.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear bright ruby red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out bright red berries, light phenols, and oak. Flavour is full of tart cherries, light phenols, and oak. A bit too phenolic but there's nice cherry notes. Decent.

Bottle, huge thanks Zhenya! Misty red body. Cherry pith, cherry stone, light funk. Lovely, well carbonated, beautiful cherry notes, skin and stone, light funk. Well balanced, tasty, bit simple, but sooo much on point.

Bottle thanks to Peter. Pours a dark ruby with small pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is strong cherry skin, funk, oak, floral. Slick body, high carb, sweet cherry, oak, funk, light tartness, very nice.

Clear deep ruby red beer, creamy pink head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of cherries first, then very chemical, some phenols, linoleum, dirty and weird, smells like urinals, pretty bad. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of cherries, pretty acidic, more cherries, a bit bland. Aftertaste: dry, acidic, lots of cherries, a bit artificial, dry, ok.
