This limited release Fine Rosé Cyder is made purely from Red Love apples, which juice runs deep crimson under our press on our estate, giving this fine cyder its pale rose colour. Cold-fermented in our state-of-the-art cellar, the resulting cyder is a fusion of strawberry with a hint of cranberry, delivered with a balance of acidity and residual sweetness that’s perfect for cleansing the palate.

750ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Bright pink colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy. Taste is sweetish, juicy, fruity, apple, red apple, fleshy, with some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
