Can at James's. Pours golden orange, nose is smoked meat, toffee, hay, taste is similar, dry, a little pepper and lemon.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy goodness amber. Creamy white head. Nose - dirty earthy note with smoke. Characteristics of golden ale underneath. Creamy lemon and floral. Taste - lemon, smoke and a green floral note. Palate - light bodied and a dry smoky finish. Overall - OK but a bit weird.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours just-clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light smoke and earth. Taste has the black pepper, light smoke. A decent golden ale with a subtle twist.
