Growler. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is lemon, dough, wheat. Thin body, lemon, wheat, very crisp and crushable, very nice.

A hazed golden Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lactic notes, light mineral notes, light Epsom, light lemony notes, nice. In mouth, a nice lemony Weisse with smooth lactic notes, Epsom salts, light Brett, refreshing and Florida like.

Owl Farm, Brooklyn tap: pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is very powerful lactic acid and fruitiness. It is really rather sour. But it is not a one trick pony in that department. The sourness has a pretty good depth to it. Not too puckering on the aftertaste. Very nice.

Keg at CBC CG. It pours cloudy gold with a decent white head. The nose is mellow lemon, bread, cracker , straw and fresh yoghurt. The taste is crisp, tart, good mouth-pucker, lemon sherbet, salted lemon, minerals, lactic twang, a hint of celery and some creaminess with a short, dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Would have rated this higher if it didn’t have that mild celery vibe.

Keg at CBC Holborn - London. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Nice lactic lemon aroma, some dry wheat, tangerine. Light sweet flavor with bracing acidity, lemon juice, light salt, subtle rindy bitterness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Very clean on the finish, a bit more salt, sour wheat, hay, lemon. Outstanding.

Keg at the CBC holburn. Aroma is tart lacto, wheat pineapple. Zippy lemon on the nose as well. Clouded yellow / straw coloured pour with a thick lasting frothy head. Lively pour. Flavour is tart clean lacto. Pineapple. Lemon, pear drop, little, spicy citrus in the finish. Tangy finish. Palate is light and tart, little puckering. OK.
