Very clear, deep copper and bronze coloured body with a zillion small bubbles rising from the bottom, below the three centimetre tall off-white and tan head. Aroma of crisp grass and flowers, grapefruit, citrus fruit and a deep toasted grain note - in the nose, at least. Light to Medium-bodied; Very grassy and floral flavours show at first with a nice and pungent hop bitterness, some balanced and deep malt notes with a slight grainy quality and a touch of curacao and slightly sweet, slightly citrusey notes that balance nicely with the malts. Aftertaste is drying, quite herbal, grassy and perfumey with good hop bitterness and pungency from the alpha acids, with a straight-forward, pretty old-school vibe, closest to a lower ABV West-Coast IPA. Overall, a nice, grassy and citrusey IPA with a lot of hop bitterness and range without any real sweetness and no rich malts - this is straight-forward, dry, bitter and enjoyable - good to sample with a nice name [as my wife is a teacher on the last day of school for my kids - and my wife, too]. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 31-December-2022 for US$3,99 with the tagline 'got it bad...got it bad...' on the bottom of the can, and canned on 22-June-2022 while I sampled this on 15-June-2023 at my house here in Washington.

Draught@TCBW2023. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some mild nutty and a bit sweet malty tones to it. Flavour is fruity, tropical fruity, some mild nectary and a bit toffeeish and some grapefruity elements to it. Smooth and very refreshing.

Slightly opalescent dark golden to bright amber colour, moderate sized creamy ecru-ish head; aroma and taste of resiny hops, some roasted nutty and rye bready, fruity, toffee and buttery notes; hop-dominant classical IPA; I like it

To the name I say hardy har har. To the beer I say nice. It sure is good to get a classic IPA here, I'd call it a west coastie but I'm having trouble with that because of the surprising malt presence, but hey that's fine with me. Anyway, it starts with a really nice classic piney hop nose. Clear copper color and big fluffy head. Flavor is piney, resiny, grassy, and light citrus hops, with a bready almost caramelized malt presence, balanced overall profile, with a modest grapefruit rind bitterness. Well built and solid, which almost sounds like an insult but in the era of weird juicy hazy non-bitter IPAs, this is a nice one.

At the brewery. Light copper color. Quite dry and bitter. Hops and malt, which is secondary. Good palate
