16oz can from Homebrewstuff pours a clear golden light orange thin white quickly dissipating head. Very light pale malts. Plenty of noble hop aromas and flavors. Almost pislnerish . Light clean finish.

5 week old pint can A: Cloudy pale yellow with a big lasting frothy head and a ring of lace. S: Faint straw, musty yeast, light apple or white grape and florals. T: Tart and lightly bitter lemon hops and wheaty cracker malt. A faint vinous afternote makes it taste more like Kolsch. M: Fine prickly carbonation, smooth oatsy texture and oily finish. O: Not used to a Kolsch that looks or feels dirty but hey it's unfiltered. Very good simple flavors though.

Not bad, a bit on the staid side with expected grainy sweetness, mild apple esters, and a slight floral bitterness on the finish. No frills, with a lack of complexity and a bland, easy fade. Drinkable, but does nothing to change naysayers’ perception of the style.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Flaska drucken på Mikkeller Folkets Park Malmö. Fina maltsmaker med stora nyanser och fint smakdjup och samtidigt så lättdrucken. Bästa kölschen jag druckit. Riktigt gott.
