[ As O/O Bourbon Barrel Aged Arctos - 2020 ].
ABV: 13.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, molasses, barrel, bourbon, wood, prune, moderate chocolate, coffee, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, rich, dark fruit, prune - prune stone - wood, bourbon, barrel, chocolate - coffee, dark malt. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, fihish fee lis warming and light alcoholic. [20230501]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Black, small brown head. Aroma of chocolate cake and vanilla. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Satin, chocolate cake and bourbon vanilla. Mildly warming finish. On the cakey side.

Draught@TCBW2022. Pitch black colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malts, bourbon, vanilla, syrup and some toffeeish tones with a nice kick of coffee too. Flavour is toffee, some nutty tones with roasted elements, syrup, some chocolaty and mild vanilla tones.

Flaska från SB. 2019 vintage. Tjock opak kolsvart vätska med lågt skum. Stor doft med mycket vanilj och bourbon. Stor kropp, mjuk och rund. Harmonisk smakbild med fin fatkaraktär och massor av choklad, bourbon och vanilj. Potent med värmande alkohol, punch, praliner, pepprig salmiak och aningen tjäriga tritoner. Mycket gott. Kan inte minnas någon bättre svensk fatlagrad IS. Förutom Kaggen förstås

Flaska från SB, 2019. Tjock svart vätska med brun krona. Choklad, läder, tobak, toffee, gräddlikör, trä, spritighet, hetta från alkoholen. Gott om rostade toner, visst inslag av salmiak och lakrisal. Stor, fyllig kropp, krämig och rund. Ligger kvar i munnen länge med en träig och förhållandevis stram avslutning. Kanongott.
