440ml can at Farmers Bar, Avenue K, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy reddish amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light toffee. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, toffee caramel malt, light red berry fruit, light floral, spicy, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced and very moreish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM I think. Pours clear copper with a frothy, off-white head. Medium sweet flavour with ample resinous pine, toasted malts, floral notes, a little caramel, ripening citrus. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sticky and resinous to finish, good balancing malty sweetness, rich pine, toasted sugars, oranges. They nailed it.

Can at home, from an online peddler of who's name I cannot recall, 09/01/22. Moderately hazed reddish amber with a good sized lasting egg shell white covering. Nose is orange marmalade, grass, caramel, candied fruits, toasted malts. Taste comprises orange pith, pink grapefruit, light pine nip, citric tinged straw, caramel malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with moderately assertive grassy come leafy hop bitterness. Decent for the style.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Light haze on deep copper red. Blotchy off white head is fully lacing. Good looking beer. Nose has toffee and sweet, biscuity malt. Thick and jammy fruit. Stewed hop. Taste has thick malt sweetness. Gets punchy and chewy bitter. Slick on the palate. Fine carbonation. Doesn’t drink too easy. Lengthy bitterness to finish.

Tight off white head stayed on clear reddish brown still body. Malt, spiced fruits & berry aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with lightly carbonated back. Berries, pine, jam, herbal, caramel & sugary tastes with a bitter hoppy finish. Ooh that's very nice.....
