Thick and fruity, nicely sour, a bit tart. Blueberry and raspberry, a bit of blackcurrants in the aftertaste. A bit sweet but modestly so. A nice example of a thicker sour done right, very nice.

375ml bottle. Opaque raspberry pinky red, small off white head. Aroma of raspberries, blueberries, marshmallows. Taste is sweet, full of berries, raspberry, blueberries, creamy vanilla like marshmallows, lightly acidity and tartness. Full bodied, thick, super smooth. Even at 11.5% there really isn’t that much booziness. Fantastic stuff.

Bottle from Eltham Wines. Hazy purple pour with a light pink head. Nose is raspberry jam, blueberries, red plums, blackcurrants, marshmallows. Taste is awash with the perfect marriage of blueberries, raspberries, marshmallow & blackcurrant. Sweet jammy mouthfeel. Yes indeed 😋
