750m wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a pop. Sparkling golden colour, fizzy big foamy white head that slowly dissipates and aroma of musty apple, barnyard funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, some skin and core, with horsey funk, citric acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
