Top-fermented beer in American pale ale style, light amber-color, strong body and persistent foam. The scent is herbaceous and citrus, given by the massive use of American hops offset by notes of caramel and roasted malts, and from the dry and clean European hops. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mango, frutto della passione e frutta tropicale.

Pours clear caramelly brown, small white head. Smell is malty, tad sweet, dried fruit, mild caramel. Taste is sharp, rather bitter, bit herbal-earthy-green. Ok.
