Our flagship core beer - the style we're most well known for, and what we do best. Rosebud is an IPA in the New England style - the most popular variant of the style int he world. We've hopped this beer with Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe to create a certified tropical punchbowl of flavour. Strong enough to retain all that incredible mouthfeel, but seasonable enough to smash pints of.

3/1/2026. Can at Polly’s Kesgrave beer share, courtesy of ITFCfan. 5.6% abv. Pours very slightly hazy golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrusy, stone fruits, resiny, herbal, sweet tropical fruits, slightly chalky and starchy. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Drying. Good.

440ml can from Sainsbury's, Broadstairs. Oh Polly's.. it's been a while.. well over a year. Soothing citrus, hints of sabro.. nice haze but reading the description, it's clearly a long way off a real New England IPA.

"Rosebud" is famously the mysterious word uttered by the title character in 'Citizen Kane', which has quite a beautiful meaning once revealed. There's good meaning in this brew too with plenty of sticky-sweet tropical fruit and more prominent pine notes, in both aroma and taste for the end user to enjoy.
