Regulus means the little king
It is also the brightest star in the Leon’s star constellation
As the name implies we have put our hearts to create this great example of an imperial ipa using 25g/l citra and mosaic hops

330mL bottle, courtesy of rouhlas (thanks Nikos!), pours a cloudy opaque bright orange amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out a herbal and resinous hop character, a trace of diacetyl, with a chewy caramel malt backbone. Flavour is along the same lines, with a chewy caramel malt structure upfront, giving way to resinous and herbal hops, and maybe a tiny hint of diacetyl. Very malt-forward, with a bit of an improper balance of hops. I'm not convinced that this is the great beer the overall rating suggests it is.

Keg at hop city 2018. A mostly clear amber golden coloured pour with a Rocky white head. Aroma is semi sweet caramel, toffee, pine resin, mellow dank. Flavour is composed of semi sweet toffee resinous pine, orange rind,. Burnt sugars. Palte is semi sweet brown malts, sugars. Resinous moderate carbonation. Not bad.

330 ml bottle at home. Clear to light hazy orange color with white head. Malty hoppy aroma, caramel, bread, grass, light fruity, citrusy, orange, blood orange (mostly in taste). Light sweet and moderate bitter taste like aroma but more fruity and grassy. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
