Sample (thanks fonefan!). Copper colour, small white head. Aroma is tart wood and some mild nutty and floral tones. Flavour is nutty, tart wood, floral notes with some earthy notes.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, yeast, wet wood, little vinegar. Flavor is quite sour, malt, yeast, wood, oak, vinegar, tart dark fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 120222

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy dark brown with airy beige head. Clear, vinous aroma with touches of berries, malt and yeast. Dry, vinous flavour with notes of yeast and touches of malt. Spicy and mildly nutty finish with acidic notes and roasty hints. Not bad but the carbonation is really, really low, which spoils the otherwise satisfactory impression.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are sour malt, berries, fruits, hops and has a nice sour long finish.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt. toasted - roasted, sour, grapes, wood, oak, vomit notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, sour, vinous, wood, oak, grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211212]
