Can from Brew Export. Sacks of sweet citrus in the nose, splash of peach & apricot. Juicy fruity citrus burst on the palate, spot of apricot jam coming through in the back end. Fruity & lightly hoppy. Refreshing.

Can from De Drankenmarkt. Fruity hoppy aroma with orange, tangerine, tropical fruits, a bit candied. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Nicely fruity tangerine IPA.

Can from Kerrera, Guildford. Aroma is deffo tango (what the kids call tangerine these days). Hazy tangerine in colour. Thin foamy white head. Sweet and juicy with a bitter edge. Medium bitter. Sour tangerine with a dollop of resin. Underlying sugary sweetness. A slightly herbal element. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. After the super juicy aroma I'd have liked the flava to follow suit. Still decent but failed to live up to the initial burst of tangerine.

Loose white head on a turbid dark golden coloured body. Tangerine, cereal & malt aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a foamy back. Tangerine, oats, biscuit & sweet citrus tastes with a lightly hopped finish. A bit sweet but nice enough.

Super hazy, deep orange and bronze coloured body with a very dense, but fast-dying tan head that starts off at around six centimetres tall and goes down to three centimetres after a few seconds. Aroma of deep bitter oranges, alcohol, crisp malts, some metallic notes, a little bit of sweetness from the fruits and a lot of perceived bitterness. Medium-bodied; Very rich orangey flavours show at first with a strong bitterness from the hops and the fruit with a little bit of breadiness and yeast at the end that shows a lot of depth and pungency, with a hint of the alcohol as well, especially at the finish. Aftertaste is bitter, very deep, slighlty pungent, but balanced pretty nicely between the hops and malt, but showing some nice sweetness as well - all from the oranges, here. Overall, a pretty good beer, very bitter, but that's what you'd expect from an IPA, but this is sort of pitched as a 'new school' (hazy) IPA, where bitterness isn't so expected. Nice to try from Michigan, so fresh, so cheap and so readily available! A good option in the right circumstances for sure! I sampled this 19,2 ounce (huge!) can, purchased from a Meijer Grocery in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan on 05-August-2021 for US$2,79, brewed on 11-March-2021 and sampled back at my house here in Washington on 13-August-2021.
