Hopped with, Columbus for bittering, Citra, Azacca, El dorado and Mosaic for aroma, whirlpool and double dryhop.
Fermented with a Chico yeast strain.
This resulted in tropical IPA with aromas of passion fruits, dried mango, grapefruits, with a long lasting bitter ending!

Fluffy, whipped eggwhite-like head, stable over finely carbonated, clear metallic golden beer. Fresh, but also catty hops, green & dried leaves - dried lunaria? Muscat grapes. Again grapey as flavour, fresh hoppy; much less catty than the nose suggested. Quite slick, hopoily, very well-carbonated. In the end, a bit sticky to the lip. Decent, not really great. Txs to Stef!

Bottle at home. A bit hazy pale golden color, white head. Aroma is malts, hops, quite fruity, ripe tropical fruit, mostly ripe oranges and ripe nectarines. Not bad at all. After a while though it becomes quite metallic, quite some iron. Hmm not as good as in the beginning. Decent to medium body, fairly soft though also a bit fizzy carbonation. Okay.

Goudkleurig bier met mooie schuimkraag die helaas wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is bitterzoet en fruitig met een soort zuurtjes geur. Verder iets van citrus en wat mango. Vrij droge afdronk.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of apricot, mid sweet wheat malt, yeast, mango. Taste of juicy hops, tangerine, apricot, bitter grapefruit, spicy hops. Moderate carbonation.
