Masses of grapefruit and lemon citrus from the Cascade late hop with herbal dry hop background from the copper hops. Sweetness and body comes from the pale and crystal malts and the black malt adds enough dryness and astringency to keep the beer refreshing.

MALT: Pale, Crystal, Black.
HOPS: Challenger, First Gold, Cascade.

Bottle from LCB. Clear amber brown with small beige top. No big aroma - some malts, citrus and fusty hop. Taste is better if somewhat filtered with toffee and caramel, plum, mild citrus, straw. Light to medium bodied, semi-dry, moderate fizz; goes down easily. Ok session bitter.

Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton. Pours a dark ruby with a small off-white head and good lacing. Malts are the mainstay of the aroma, along with some hints of autumn fruits. In the mouth it is sweet and malty with stewed apples and winter pears. A touch of singer after a while as well. Finish is quite dry. It’s OK.
