Pint on tap at Gardeners Arms, Offerton. Golden bronze colour with thin creamy white head. Zero carbonation. Notes of buttery caramel on the nose. Some peppery/celery thing going on the background. Unusual. Laces well. Good body, smooth texture. Taste is dark burnt caramel with a finish of pepper, dark fruit and granny smith apples. Quite nice, unusual bitter.
